This group will provide you with a step-by-step guide to building and practicing your mindfulness skills you need to better manage your anxiety.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in NY specializing in the treatment of OCD, OCD-related disorders, and anxiety disorders. I have had the opportunity to run several successful rounds of this mindfulness program.
I am passionate about my work because it allows me to help people feel better and live lives that are not limited by their fears.
Each session, you will learn a new fundamental of mindfulness and have the opportunity to put your new knowledge into practice through guided exercises. By being part of a supportive group, you will be more committed to the practice and will reap the benefits of a more mindful state of mind.
